Drag to slip the schedule and watch the order date follow.

How it works

Add project costs, quantities, purchase details, and payments from your company account.

  1. Add project costs. Add quantities, supplier timing, orders, deliveries, bids, and invoices to the project.

  2. See order-by dates. PM links each material to its schedule task and sets order-by dates from lead time plus your extra days.

  3. Issue the order. Send the purchase order, record arrivals, and review invoices and payments.

  4. Share the right details. Your office sees budgets, suppliers see orders, and clients see invoices you send.

How order-by dates work

Supplier lead time

= time needed before the task starts

Order by

The date to place the order

PM links each material to the task that needs it. If framing starts on Day 52, the supplier needs 14 days plus your extra days is three days, PM shows Day 35 as the order-by date. If demolition slips six days, PM moves the order-by date to Day 41.
